• Dincharya (Schedule): Some people don’t have any health problem but want to make a package of asana and pranayama to remain fit. So this module is for them. They will get the notification on their desired time.
Various yoga postures and pranayama (or breathing exercise) helps in improving your overall internal fitness, blood circulation, mental power and heart rate, improves prana, brings the glow on face and reduces weight naturally.
Fitness is the key to lead a healthy life. Breathing exercises helps in maintaining the fitness of our body by increasing the blood circulation in the entire body by opening the blocked channels of our body.
During the practice of pranayama we use at least 80% of our lungs. As utilisation of lungs is more, the flow of pure oxygen in our blood immediately increases.
